Rental Criteria

Tiered Credit Score.  At least a 520 for most properties.  Those with a higher requirement will have the minimum requirement listed in the property description.

 Verifiable NET income must be 3 times rent or greater.

Criminal and Civil History: No evictions within last 5 years. No violent, sexual, or drug mfg./dist. No felony convictions within last 7 years

An incomplete application will result in the loss of your application fee after 48 hours. (i.e. locked credit, incorrect Social Security Number, proof of income not provided, etc)

$250 non-refundable placement fee per animal and an additional animal fee of $25 per month per animal (approved rating through third party service, min. 1 year old)
